Regular Hours
Lititz Office
Wednesday: 11 am to 5 pm
Thursday: 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
Friday: 11:00 am to 5:00 pm
Rates for therapy:
Individual: $120.00 per 50-minute session
Partners/couples: $120.00 per 50 minute session
EAP and/or Insurance:
I am fully credentialed with Carebridge Corporation, Wellspan EAP, and with Mazzitti & Sullivan as an EAP provider.
I am now accepting most Highmark insurance plans. If you don't have Highmark, I can provide the information needed to file a claim. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by calling the 800 number on the back of your insurance ID card and asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- Do those benefits cover service provided by a Licensed Social Worker?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
- Your insurance company will need to know that I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and that the rate is $120.00 per session
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check, Paypal, and most major credit/debit cards accepted for payment. Access the Make A Payment page to pay with PayPal, debit or credit card. Payments also accepted from this website.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
