Regular Hours

Rates for therapy:
Individual;               $85.00 per 50-minute session

Partners/couples   $95.00 per 50 minute session

Mediation/Conflict resolution:  

General:                               $70.00 per hour base plus $40/hr for each additional person
Family:                                  $70.00 per hour base plus $40/hr for each additional person
Divorce and Custody:        $120.00 per hour (total) + document preparation fee of $100-$300 depending on complexity
Business/Organization
internal or external disputes:   $110.00 per hour plus $40/hr per disputant

Insurance:
Alexis is not part of any in-network insurance panels but will provide the information needed to file a claim. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• Do those benefits cover service provided by a Licensed Social Worker?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash, check and most  major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay  the full cost of the session.
