If you and your spouse have come to the conclusion that separation is inevitable and you want to find the most sane and humane way to do that,
mediation may be for you.

Mediation often avoids  adversarial divorce process and provides a respectful way to move forward with life that is as close to fair as possible.

If you have children mediation offers a way to find the least painful way to their new lives.

Mediation is not for you if you need to use the process to hurt or get back at your partner, as collaboration is required.

This process requires that both parties actively work together. We can not provide mediation service if there are any legal reasons (such as a PFA) that would prevent joint participation.

Divorce and Custody:        $125.00 per hour (total) + document preparation fee of $100-$300 depending on complexity

I almost always work with a co-mediator (two heads are better than one!) and there is no additional charge for this.
