Are you sad or depressed? Anxious or panicky? Does life feel out of control? Having difficulties with loved ones?  Do you get angry or mad more than you used to? Tired of feeling like you are in a rut? Do you have questions about who you are? Who you are supposed to be? Where life is taking you? Your sexual identity or orientation? Are you trying to avoid another loss or failed relationship? If any of that is true I might be able to help.

One of the goals we may work on during therapy is to help you feel empowered to be who you are, to become your true and authentic self. It may also be important for us to look at the bigger picture, to understand the impact your decisions may have on family, friends, and coworkers. I have found that reaching out to those friends, and loved ones (when appropriate and desired) can go a long way towards reducing the losses brought about by the growth or change you experience on your journey towards fulfillment.

I believe the most important factor in therapy is not the particular style a therapist uses, but the relationship, the connection, between the client and the therapist. I work hard to provide an emotionally safe place where you will be able to connect with me and feel safe enough to tell me your story, your truths. Then together we will better understand where you are, where you'd like to be, and what you might do next to get there.

Though I have come to providing therapy at a 'non-traditional age' my life experience has been instrumental in providing insight into the joys, and difficulties of living a passionate, truthful life.”         verified by Psychology Today Directory

I am honored to work with you.
